The history of specialized activities of Behineh Sanj Engineering Company dates back to 1989, when a group of electrical and electronics engineers at Isfahan University of Technology were working on various industrial control and instrumentation projects. 10 years later in 1999, with the establishment of Behine Sanj Engineering Company, two key areas of the group's activities continued in the form of the private sector in this company:
Electronic dimensional gauges
We started designing and manufacturing electronic dimensional gauges when there was no trace of the internal sample of these gauges in all industries of the country. Owners of large industries, such as the auto-parts industry, steel and energy, were purchasing their requirements from European companies to precisely measure the dimensions of their products. However, we did not have any technical knowledge to get started. Inevitably, with a specialized team consisting of several working groups, we started analyzing and reviewing some examples of European gauges. Gauges that require a combination of several technologies to achieve their complex and hidden angles:
- High precision LVDT probes with micron and sub-microns accuracy
- Principles of design and manufacture of control fixtures
- Standards related to dimensional and geometric tolerances
- Control and measurement hardware and software
We are now proud to speak of the successful implementation of dozens of dimensional instrumentation projects for various industries. Today, few industrial units with mass production in the auto-parts industry in the country can be found that do not have one or more sets of Behinehsanj products. From measuring equipment for sensitive car engine parts such as crankshafts, camshafts, pistons, connecting rods, cylinder blocks and valves, to other precision components such as gearboxes, steering boxes, breaking drums, glass, axial and electrical components.
