About the product
This is a final inspection bench gauge developed for checking all the final characteristics of the connecting rods.
The dimensional and geometric tolerances are:
- Big and small bores diameters
- Ovality
- Taper
- Centres distance
- Thickness
- Squareness of bores to faces
- Parallelism(twist and bend)
The capacity to keep cycle time within 10 sec. assures the check of 100% of parts, allowing quality check of the whole production.
