Process & Display Unit for Electronic Gauges

About the product

Every electronic measuring gauge  needs to a display and processing unit. Behinehsanj co. uses several categories of display unit in its projects.

  1. In some cases, in which a lot of probes and measures are used, the display unit is usually implemented by a PC-based version with a Windows-based software program named BS-22. In BS-22, the mesurement& control unit ,including A/D convertes and I/O circuits, is also implemented so that it connects to the PC via a serial or an Ethernet port. A simple monitor connected to the PC is showing all of data , both results and adjustments.
  2. In medium and small-size projects, a digital readout is usually used for both measurement and control. A dedicated firmware is implemented on the readout and controls and processes all of system requirements. In these cases, Behinehsanj uses several types of digital readouts such as VS-series and ML-LP series.

VS-series Technical Features:

A wide range of digital readouts with a common platform are recently presented . This platform supports all dimensional measuring applications with LVDT transducers together with digital and analog inputs/outputs. Special desktop casing provides easy to install and has the best compatibility with industrial project requirements.

A TFT color touch screen as an HMI simplifies man-machine interface. A customized software environment provides all data entry requirements and shows all of output results and system events and errors as numeric or graphic reports.
